Forum Broadband of BDBOS
For the first time, the Broadband Forum will be held as part of GPEC® digital 2025. You can expect exciting keynote speeches on innovations in the area of subscriber management and MCx as the first implementation steps for the next generation of digital radio.
Moderation: Thomas Scholle (BDBOS)
Head of the Strategy and Control Department of the Federal Office for Digital Radio of Authorities and Organizations with Security Tasks (BDBOS)
Contents:
Modern broadband data services for high-performance mobile voice and data communication within and between authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS) are becoming increasingly mission-critical and indispensable in order to be able to successfully handle operational situations in the future.
In order to be able to meet the high demands in terms of area coverage, availability and security, the BOS will therefore need a self-controlled broadband network in the future. For this purpose, the federal and state governments have developed a joint broadband strategy as the basis for the future development of the BOS digital radio.
In the Broadband Forum, leading telecommunications and hardware experts will present innovations on the topics of subscriber management and Mission Critical Services (MCx) as the first implementation steps for the next generation of digital radio in various presentations.
